1991
The story begins way back in 1991, at the dawn of democracy in Bulgaria. The series of companies "Jilmen" was founded by Zhelyo Marinov Zhelev on 20.04 in the city of Stara Zagora. One of the first construction companies in the country after the change of regime, which in the next decade becomes a leader in the construction industry. Even in the times of communism, its founder Zhelyo Zhelev was the head of the master construction department at the Stara Zagora bakery. 1994

2000

2004 -2005
