We have been boldly writing history for 33 years and our mission is to create a sustainable company created in Bulgaria, which has endured all times until future generations.
Housing
The creation of a family and a home are the basis of the human life way. Based on many years of experience, we know in detail the aesthetics of living spaces. In detail, we build secure buildings, which, among other things, offer spaciousness, maximum illumination and excellent distribution. All buildings have part of the breathtaking landscape of Vitosha Mountain. A preferred place is your own home and the best long-term investment.
Taking care of our creations remains a priority for the maintenance of the building. After the acquisition of a property by the company, we take care of the excellent appearance of the common areas and the park environment in the long term. Facility management with high standards and uncompromising quality.
