JILMEN part of NexStay BULGARIA 2025
On 12.02.2025, JILMEN companies became part of NexStay BULGARIA 2025 – the first major forum of investors in housing and holiday properties in Bulgaria. A wonderful event and initiative aimed at setting a framework and giving directions to the vast real estate market, where investors, builders, architects, real estate agencies and representatives of various branch organizations met, united by the common idea of better prospects for all market participants.
The company’s representatives had the opportunity to check the attitudes of the markets, to compare their upcoming projects and intentions, as well as to offer the best of “JILMEN” in the upcoming project implementations. The focus was on the constant search of each of us for a higher standard and quality of life, which is our offer. Trends towards more modern, brighter, energy-efficient homes with a wonderful panorama. It is an incomparable recognition to receive confirmation between upcoming investment intentions and the need for the market.
