Terms of Use of the Website

Any person, hereinafter referred to as the “User”, who has gained access to a website with address https://www.jilmen.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Site”, and to the information and services therein, hereinafter referred to as the “Content”, offered by ZHILMEN-ZH EOOD, hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”, agrees and accepts the following General Terms and Conditions of Use.

The user using this site undertakes to comply with these General Terms and Conditions, as well as all provisions of Bulgarian and international legislation. In case of disagreement with the General Terms and Conditions, the User is obliged to immediately stop using the site. The Provider is not responsible if the user has not read these terms and conditions.

1. GENERAL TERMS of Use of the Website

1.1. The User has the right to use this site, as well as the information and materials contained therein, only for purposes permitted by law, without infringing the rights and restricting access to this site to a third party.

1.2. The use of the site is on the initiative, desire and at the expense of the User, in compliance with the restrictions in the Copyright Act in favor of the copyright holder – ZHILMEN – ZH EOOD or a third party.

1.3. The User has the right to view, store, copy and print the materials from this site solely for personal use in order to be informed about the services offered by the Provider and/or to place orders or request offers regarding the services on the site.

1.4.1. 2.3. Under no circumstances shall ZHILMEN-ZH EOOD, its employees, managers, suppliers, agents or other third parties mentioned on this site or participated in its creation be liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, punitive, special, accidental, caused, consequential damages, damages from lost profits, loss of information or business interruption, etc.), caused in any other way, related to or resulting from the use, inability to use or lack of access to the site or material published therein, as well as handling of it (including technical problems, regardless of the efforts made by the Provider) or other sites to which this site refers, as well as other materials, information, products or services contained in some of these sites, regardless of the reason and the lack of warning of the possible occurrence of damages and even when the Provider has been notified of the likelihood of such damages.

2.4. In cases other than those specified herein, the liability of ZHILMEN – ZH EOOD is limited to the maximum allowable extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

2.5. The use of this site may entail costs on the part of the User, such as fees for the delivery of Internet connection, mobile Internet access and others. The Provider does not owe the User any amounts in connection with any costs for the use of this site.

3.1. The site may contain hyperlinks to websites, sources or advertisers that are owned by third parties. The Provider does not monitor these links on the Site, as they are provided only for the convenience of users.

The Provider ZHILMEN-ZH LTD is not responsible for the access to these external sites, as well as for their content, completeness, up-to-dateness, reliability and usefulness of the information, advertisements, products or other materials made available on or through them. 5.1. The Provider ZHILMEN-ZH LTD is a registered personal data administrator and guarantees the inviolability of all personal data, including, but not limited to, the user’s name and/or email address. They will only be used for the purposes for which they were collected or obtained and will not be made available to third parties.

5.2. Personal or identification data will not be used for any other purpose without the explicit written consent of the User, except in cases provided by law. The Provider will not use the information received to send unsolicited messages (spam).

Your rights in case of breach of the security of your personal data
Art. 14. (1) If GILMEN-G Ltd. establishes a breach of the security of your personal data, which may pose a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we notify you without undue delay of the violation, as well as of the measures that have been taken or are to be taken.
(2) GILMEN-G Ltd. is not obliged to notify you if:
● it has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data affected by the security breach;
● has subsequently taken measures to ensure that the breach will not result in a high risk to your rights;
● Notification would require a disproportionate effort.

Persons to whom your personal data is provided

Art. 15. The Controller does not transfer your data to third countries.

Art. 17. You can exercise all your rights regarding the protection of your personal data through the forms attached to this information. Of course, these forms are not mandatory and you can make your requests in any form that contains a statement to this effect and identifies you as the owner of the data.
Art. 18. If the consent refers to a transfer, the Controller shall describe the possible risks for the transfer of data to third countries in the absence of an adequate protection solution and appropriate remedies.
